  • Dispute over a share purchase agreement between Korean investors and a Vietnamese digital technology company (involving a large criminal case), with the dispute amount of about 500 billion VND.
  • Dispute over an auto physical damage insurance policy between a car transport company and the insurer – Bao Viet Hai Phong.
  • Disputes under the hydroelectric equipment sale and technical service contract between an Indian supplier and the investor of a minor hydroelectric project in Vietnam; Jurisdiction: VIAC Arbitration; Dispute amount: nearly 10 billion VND.
  • Dispute over two payment guarantee agreements between a bank (the guarantor) and a company from which the guaranteed company purchased steel. Dispute amount: more than 50 billion VND.
  • Disputes between the company and a group of shareholders over the cancellation of meeting minutes and resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders of a State-controlled joint stock company.
  • Dispute over the canal dig and dredge and Hon Chong port construction contract valued at more than 12 million USD between a large state-owned enterprise and a foreign-invested company, involving the construction activities of a Belgian national subcontractor.
  • Dispute over the painting contract of Yaly hydropower plant valued at over 02 million USD against a 100% French-invested subcontractor.

  • Dispute arising from the unilateral termination of the labor contract between a provincial sports center and a volleyball player as the player spontaneously left to play for a better-paying team.

  • Complaint against a decision on the sanction against administrative violations in the management and protection of forest and forest products in Bac Kan province.
  • Complaint against the decision to settle complaints about the decision on handling of a competition case between a large State-owned enterprise and the Competition Council in relation to air transportation activities.
  • Complaint against the administrative decisions in handling administrative violations and compensation for damages; Complaints against administrative acts in land management in Lao Cai province.

Criminal

  • “Offences against regulations on management and use of State property causing losses and wastefulness” and “Offences against regulations on land management” to the land area at 2-4-6 Hai Ba Trung St., Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Reduced the sentence from death to life imprisonment in a “Murder” case, in which the defendant murdered 02 people at the same time on a sidewalk in Hanoi.
  • The case happened in Hanoi, the defendant committed multiple crimes (“Theft of property”, “Snatching” and “Illegal possession of narcotic substances”).
  • “Child Rape” and “Murder” case in Thanh Hoa.
  • “Use of torture” and ” Negligence that results in serious consequences” in Phu Yen province in the criminal investigation activities conducted by police.
  • The drug case in Hoa Binh province in which 02 defendants illegally traded 65 packs of heroin.
