Reviewed, amended, supplemented and negotiated a set of Leisure Park Management Agreements in Ha Long, including: Termsheet, Leisure park management agreement, consultancy service agreement and other documents;
Reviewed and negotiated a set of Casino Management Agreements in Quang Ninh, including: MOU, Casino management agreement, Junket agreement and other documents.

Structured and drafted the set of Rental pool Agreement of a 5-star hotel project in Da Nang managed by AccorHotels;
